1. Custom Order Definition

A bulk order is considered custom if it includes:

  • Personalized names

  • Unit designations

  • Custom phrases

  • Special color requests

  • Unique layouts or logos

2. Minimum Order

  • 25 units minimum for bulk pricing

  • Orders under 25 units are charged retail pricing

3. Pricing Structure

Bulk pricing is based on order quantity before discounts and follows our tiered pricing chart.
Prices reflect:

  • Customization labor

  • Design setup

  • Production coordination

  • Quality control

  • Fulfillment logistics

4. Discounts

  • 10% discount for bulk orders of 20 or more.

5. Design Approval

  • Final design must be approved before production

  • Changes after approval may incur additional fees

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins

6. Production Timeline

  • Standard production: 2–4 weeks

  • Large orders (150+ units): 4-6 weeks

  • Rush orders may incur additional fees
